Tom Braun joined Moquin & Daley when it was founded in 1984 and is the head of the firm’s medical malpractice division. His practice also includes representing personal injury clients in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

With over thirty-five years of sophisticated trial experience, Attorney Braun frequently obtains multiple million dollar recoveries for his clients. Having earned dual degrees in Hospital and Health Care Administration and law, Tom brings a comprehensive understanding of the medical and legal to each of his cases.
