Thomas W. Braun

Tom Braun has over twenty years of sophisticated trial experience and has obtained multiple million dollar results. He has both a law degree as well as a Masters degree in Hospital and Health Care Administration, giving him a unique perspective on medical malpractice and nursing home neglect and abuse cases.

Tom is a partner at Moquin & Daley and heads the medical malpractice division of the law firm. He has tried and obtained plaintiffs' verdicts in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
