Benjamin Hiller Benjamin Hiller has been an attorney since 1979. He is currently admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York, and has worked on cases in New Hampshire, Virginia, Florida, Illinois, and Connecticut as well. He has specialized in the area of toxic torts and is nationally recognized as one of the leading legal authorities on childhood lead poisoning. Attorney Hiller has a strong science background with both a B.S. and a M.S. in Biology. This background greatly enhances his ability to understand the scientific and medical issues in these cases and to work with these scientists and physicians.
