Joanne C. Locke Joanne Locke is an associate attorney whose areas of concentration at Moquin & Daley are medical malpractice and nursing home abuse and neglect. Ms. Locke is a graduate of Wellesley College, the Massachusetts General Hospital School of Nursing, and a 1987 cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School. Following graduation, she served as a law clerk to the Hon. Edward F. Harrington in Massachusetts District Court. Her prior legal employment includes experience at an insurance defense firm and the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine. Ms. Locke also is a registered nurse who worked in quality assurance and risk management at two Harvard teaching hospitals. Her education and experience make her uniquely suited to analyze the complexities of medical malpractice cases. Ms. Locke is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Boston Bar Association.
