Margaret
McQuaid
Peg McQuaid, a Nurse Attorney, joined the firm of Moquin & Daley in 1995. She received her JD degree from Suffolk Law School, BSN degree from the University of New Hampshire and completed Registered Nurse training at Massachusetts General Hospital School of Nursing. Her areas of practice include personal injury, worker's compensation, nursing home neglect and medical malpractice. Her nursing background includes experience in Long Term Care of the elderly and disabled, ICU/CCU, Operating Room, Medical/Surgical and School Nursing, Childbirth Education and Nursing Administration. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, New Hampshire Women's Bar Association, American Bar Association, New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association and American Trial Lawyers Association.
